How to make YouTube Shorts from a stream
Turn one finished run into vertical posts. Updated 19 October 2026.
You need: a finished run. No run yet? Do this first.
1. Open Reels
Reels are already built. Pick one.
2. Mark your cam
Draw the box once.
3. Pick a layout
Stacked, circle or box.
4. Follow the action
Track a point or the cam. Check the preview.
5. Add a hook
A short title for the first seconds.
6. Captions
Animated, from the same transcript.
7. Loop ending (optional)
The reel ends where it begins.
8. Export
One reel or all, 1080 x 1920.
