Terms of Use
By installing or using Glimmer you agree to these terms.
The software
Glimmer is a Windows desktop app that finds highlights in your videos and exports videos, subtitles and shorts. It runs on your PC. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it; you may not resell it, share your license key, or remove or work around the license check.
Free trial and license keys
The free trial covers a limited number of hours of analysed footage per PC. After that, analysis and export need a license key. A key is tied to the PC it is activated on; "Remove from this PC" in Settings, License frees it. Keys are sold and handled by Creem. See Privacy · Terms · Support for what the license check sends.
Your content
Your videos stay on your PC and remain yours. You are responsible for having the rights to the footage you process and publish, including game, music and platform rules. Glimmer's picks are suggestions; check the result before you publish it.
Warranty and liability
Glimmer is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it is error-free or that its picks fit your needs. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost footage or indirect damages. Keep your original recordings.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
